Art Trail Registration

Invitation

We invite you to exhibit in the Southern Channel Art Trail exhibition at the Kettering Hall, Tasmania, 3-5 September 2010.

Conditions of Entry

• Age of Artist - 16 years and over
• Entry Fee: CRAG members $5 per work; Non-members: $17 for the first entry, $5 each for 2nd and 3rd entry
• Cheques to be made payable to CRAG
• Registration form to be completed and returned with a non-refundable cheque to: CRAG, P.O. Box 285, Kettering, TAS 7155 by August 16, 2010.
• An artist may submit a maximum of 3 works, to be delivered at their expense to: Kettering Community Hall (sculptures & paintings), Channel Highway, Kettering or Westwind Community Centre (photography), Channel Highway, Woodbridge, on Thursday 2 September, between 9.00am and 11.00 am.
• Art works must be the original work of the entrant and should not have been previously displayed in a CRAG exhibition.
• All 2D works must be suitably framed, ready for hanging with picture frame wire and D-hooks. Unsatisfactory framing may not be hung.
• The maximum size of 2D works must not exceed 1 metre × 1 metre including the frame.
• 3D works of art must be able to stand alone on the floor, or fit on a plinth 40cm × 40cm.
• All works for sale attract a 15% commission deducted from price listed on registration form
• All possible care will be taken, but the organising committee will not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of art works while in their custody.
• The organisers reserve the right not to accept or display an entry.
• No correspondence will be entered into.
• Unsold works must be collected from the exhibition on Sunday 5 September between 4 and 5pm.
